We understand the need for development at Unique Homecare and therefore place a heavy emphasis on the importance of training. As part of our commitment to providing care of the highest quality, all of our carers begin an individual training programme which includes the outlined mandatory Induction plan.

In addition to all of our compulsary training we encourage our staff to follow a personal development programme coordinated by our full time training manager. We are proud to boast that we navigate all of our carers through to achieve an NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
